We appreciate the business and we do our best to provide the best prices on a wide assortment of products. In order to keep our prices low, we are not able to cancel orders that have been placed without charging a 20% order cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. The reason for this cancellation fee is orders that are processed automatically via our internal systems and cannot be cancelled after they have been received and processed.
Orders that have either been assigned a tracking number or have been marked as shipped in our system cannot be cancelled. Orders with this situation will need to be returned according to our Return Policy. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Orders that do not show shipment tracking activity on the shipping company website may have already shipped as the shipping carriers do not always scan every package when they pick-up our packages.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us to confirm the order cancellation fee before cancelling. All cancellation requests received via phone will require confirmation via email before the order can be cancelled.
