We appreciate the business and we do our best to provide the best prices on a wide assortment of products. In order to keep our prices low, we are only able to accept returns for items that have not been installed. All returned items must be new in box and are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and any shipping damage incurred or missing parts will be deducted from the return amount.
In rare instances, we will not be able to accept an item back for return.
If you need to return an item, please contact us to confirm the return shipping address prior to shipping the item. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure to use a shipping company that provides tracking information and shipping insurance.
Returns can only be initiated and accepted for items within 30 calendar days after they have been delivered. We are unable to accept or process return requests that are initiated over 30 days after the order has been delivered.
After a return request is initiated and authorized via email, the return package MUST be delivered within 10 calendar days of the date of return authorization. Returned packages received after the 10 calendar day period will not be processed as a return.
